1. How do I log in to my Max Reach dashboard?

After signing up for the $1 trial, you’ll receive a one-click login link in your welcome email (check spam/promotions if needed). No password required yet — just click the link to access your white-label dashboard instantly. You can bookmark it for future use.

2. What exactly is included in the trial?

You get instant access to your own branded dashboard with 20+ pre-loaded funnel and website templates, unlimited contacts, email/SMS messaging (pay-as-you-go), calendar booking, pipelines, automations, and more. Everything is ready to edit and publish right away. The trial lasts 30 days, then $397/mo if you keep it (cancel anytime).

3. How do I edit or customize a template?

Open "Sites in left main menu. Click into the templates folder → select a template → click any section (text, image, button) → edit directly. It’s drag-and-drop simple. Most users have their first funnel live in under 15 minutes. Need a walkthrough? Check the videos on this page.

4. Do I need any other tools or integrations?

No — Max Reach replaces 12+ tools (website builder, funnel software, email/SMS, CRM, calendar, etc.). Everything is built in. Optional integrations (e.g., Stripe, Zoom) are one-click if you want them.

5. How does billing work after the trial?

On Day 31, you’ll be charged $397/mo automatically if you haven’t canceled. Messaging (SMS/email) is pay-as-you-go with no markups. You can cancel anytime with one click — no questions asked.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in → Settings → Billing → “Cancel Subscription”. It takes 10 seconds. You’ll keep access until the end of your billing period. If you change your mind, just reply to any email and we’ll help.

7. Is my data safe and private?

Yes — all data is encrypted and stored securely. Your dashboard is white-labeled (looks like your brand, not ours). We never share or sell your information.
